Steppin’ Up to End Violence—Saturday, May 4! Support Our sUUper trUUper team!

Our sUUper trUUper team will again be part of the Steppin’ Up to End Violence walk in Claremont, taking place Saturday May 4.

This annual well-attended event raises money for Turning Points Network in support of their work countering domestic violence in our region, and its high visibility in Claremont also brings significant attention and awareness to issues of violence in our communities.

Our team’s theme this year is Prevention, highlighting and honoring the many ways that TPN works to prevent violence, as well as to respond to protect those in need.

You can make a donation toward our team contribution through several upcoming Sunday collections, or through the special linkbelow.

You can also donate by a check made out to TPN with “sUUper trUUpers in the memo line and mailed to the church, handed to Joan Fariel, or brought to the walk.

If you are willing and able, you can join our team and walk the 5K path (or a portion of it) on May 4. But there are all sorts of ways to be part of our sUUper trUUper team, whether you want to take part in the walk or not. You can support our team financially. You can come to the start of the event or the ending ceremonies to cheer on our team and the rest of the supporters.

Check-in begins at 9:00 am on Saturday May 4 at the Claremont NH Middle School and the walk begins at 10:00 am.

Learn more at www.turningpointsnetwork.org or contact: Dianne Rochford (diannerr39@gmail.com) or Joan Fariel (harryf28@comcast.net) for more information or to join the team!
